Who We Are
Everyday Moves Management is a consulting practice built on the belief that great fundraising is not about one big ask—it’s about the everyday systems, stories, and stewardship that move your mission forward.Whether you're just starting to build your donor pipeline or ready to optimize your major gifts strategy, we help you design a moves management system that works in real life, not just on paper.
Our Approach
We believe fundraising is a form of community-building, and storytelling.
That’s why our work is:
Rooted in relationships – every move is human-centered
System-aware – built to last inside your team’s real workflows
Story-driven – because donors give to a future they believe in
Steady, not flashy – no silver bullets, just sustainable results
Ideal Partners
We work with nonprofits who are:
Feeling stuck in reactive fundraising
Ready to grow major giving sustainably
Wanting to center relationships over transactions
Small to mid-sized, or development teams building a new strategy from scratch
Services
Whether you're overwhelmed by your donor database, struggling to make reports useful, or starting from scratch with no structure in place, I will help you build practical systems that grow with your organization and let you focus on your mission—not your spreadsheets.

Build custom dashboards for directors, staff, or board members
Track giving, engagement, outreach, and team performance without spreadsheet gymnastics
Automate scheduled reports so everyone stays aligned and informed
Donor Strategy & Moves Management
Design clear, actionable donor pathways based on relationship-building, not guesswork
Segment your audience to personalize outreach
